London-via-Cornwall artist Nathan Ball unveils his most assured single to date, Waste Of Time.

Having experienced the solitude searching for the right path, Nathan Ball now reveals a brand new track Waste Of Time, a great representation of his spell-binding songwriting skills.

Warm and naturally effortless, Nathan’s vocals unquestionably play a magnetic force on the new tune. With rhythmic sections intertwining gracefully, Waste Of Time is an elegant melody that soars high, leaving a nostalgic twist behind. There’s also a tone of uncertainty hailing from the lyrics, but don’t we all feel the need to get away sometime?

Waste Of Time was written during a crossroads moment for Nathan, and he explains:

I remember as a kid being told not to wish my life away, and that has always haunted me. The idea of creating this persona of someone you wish you were, and living in that dream world and how that would impact the people close to you. I think I needed to get away, somewhere where there was just no pressure. I had left university and didn’t really know what I wanted to do. All my friends were committing to careers but I needed space to understand what this creative force inside me was.
