PALM HONEY Unleash ‘Starving Hysterical Naked, Part 1&2’
The Reading lot embrace their dazing darkness with new two-parter inspired by Allen Ginsberg’s ‘Howl’, Starving Hysterical Naked, Part 1&2.

Palm Honey have definitely grown as a band over this past year. From slightly insecure live marvels, the quartet has transformed into a more vibrant shoegazing vibe, and Starving Hysterical Naked is a true testimony to this evolution.
The profound guitar work is dripping with darkness, yet the reverb still add a lighter texture to the otherwise smothering feel. As the combined riffs and drum-beat hammers down on you, the ease of frontman Joseph Mumford’s voice is a beacon guiding you through the gloom of this track.
Starving Hysterical Naked, Part 1&2 is best played as a whole, working as two essential parts of a complex puzzle. The fragmented nature of the tune blossoms in all its complexity, underlining an adventurous spontaneity in an otherwise calculated piece of work.
Palm Honey’s Starving Hysterical Naked is out 29th of September via Untitled Recs.
