SALAD BOYS Share New Single ‘Psych Slasher’
The Kiwi trio Salad Boys are back with a fresh single Psych Slasher, taken from their second record This Is Glue, set to be released in January.

This latest offering easily launches into infectious catchy riffs and charging drums. Extravagant synths over the top add an element of surprise and depth to the track that is very much welcomed.
Joe says of Psych Slasher:
The song was written during a period of heavy Gun Club worship, although I’m not sure if that comes across in the final version. We considered it an odd song in the Salad Boys canon but I was urged by my friend James from The Fluffies to include it on the LP. It is the first Salad Boys song to feature both a violin and a synth. Anita Clark, who played the violin on the track, said the guitar solo was “hilarious”.
This Is Glue out on January 19th via Trouble In Mind.
