From his varied background, he’s able to shape a unique sound that draws inspiration from a plethora of sources to become its own personality. It’s a character that sees dapples of jazz and classic house, flecked with chilled pop and the occasional peep from lo-fi, to show you a kaleidoscope of sounds and textures.

In his latest single Shady, he brings in more of a bossa nova influence with South American rhythms and gentle acoustic guitars, before layering on club beats and evocative electronics to create a track that’s the perfect bridge in between early morning risers and late night partiers. It tracks his desires to move away from crafting upbeat nightclub anthems to a more eased-back, alternative sound. The dappling chorus soothes listeners with its hushed tranquility, and as the instrumentals take off after that, you’ll find yourself having a great time with the easygoing jam.
