TRUDY AND THE ROMANCE reveal new song My Baby’s Gone Away.

Liverpool lot Trudy and the Romance have released new track My Baby’s Gone Away and it is a marvel and a mess.

Following previous single He Sings, new cut is a heartbreaker tune with a twist, wrapped up in guitars and vocals turbulently casting echos around. Blissfully chaotic and elaborated pop tune has a definite 50’s feel, with a touch of reckless abandon. However, hard to pin down it is definitely interesting.

The band, who is about to join The Big Moon on tour, is turning love-sickness into seasickness with their swaying melodies and staccato percussion. Though I don’t really mind as their disorganized sound still has a grandness that patches the tune’s scattered components together.
