Oslo producer Coucheron unveils beat delight on new single UFO, an unexpected bass ridden track full of glittering surprises.

Coucheron’s new single features pop-singer ARY and that’s perhaps the least surprising element of the tune. The two have worked together on numerous occasions and are almost to consider a star duo. On UFO however, they experience new territory as both the melody and ARY’s usually ethereal vocals go adrift in a funky beat based song.

The saturated soundscape underlies the surfacing attitude in the vocal track and the two come together in a bizarre concoction that somehow still makes a complete sense. UFO is a pop tune with a surprising twist, and even more surprisingly, it’s actually really fun.
