Speak Low If You Speak Love is set to release sophomore album, Nearsighted, in January next year.

Contrasting Colors is the brand new track from Speak Low If You Speak Love aka Ryan Scott Graham aka bass player from State Champs.

Graham has defiantly shown the range of his multi-instrumentalist talents within this track, demonstrating his growth and diversity. Taking a side step from his previous acoustic aesthetic he has opened himself up a little bit further by refining and broadening the sound. With the addition of delicate pianos, violins and stunning backing vocals it is a step in the right direction.

Contrasting Colors comes from his upcoming second studio album called Nearsighted which will be released on the 19th of January via Pure Noise Records as a new year treat for sure.

Ryan says of the track:

‘Contrasting Colors’ is a song about one thousand realisations in one: Realising you and the person that you fell in love with lead completely different lives, realising that you’ve been holding tightly to something that doesn’t actually make sense in the end, realising that your intentions became motivated by something you can’t explain. But most of all it’s about accepting whatever outcome you’re given.
