The Story So Far release the lead single, Let It Go, from their forthcoming new record, Proper Dose, out this September.

Set for September 21st release, Proper Dose is the fourth full-length from American pop punk rockers The Story So Far.

Highly ambitious and creatively recharged, the band return with brand new musical vision. With a desire to find balance between the person you were and the person you wish to be, Proper Dose sees The Story So Far rising higher than ever before. As the first glimpse of what’s to expect from their new record, the band have shared Let It Go, an honest offering binding their past experiences with a newfound direction and unmistakable drive.

Parker Cannon, the band’s vocalist and lyricist, says:

We were so burnt from touring, and playing the same songs over and over again. We knew we had to take a step back and collect ourselves. This one, all the way through, I just think it’s leaps and bounds ahead of anything we’ve ever done.

Drummer Ryan Torf adds in:

It was a challenging process. But it was a very rewarding process.

Proper Dose will arrive on September 21st via Pure Noise Records.
