Never one to shy away from facing his inner demons, Machine Gun Kelly once again delves into the depths of his mind with his weighty single 5:3666, taken from his album Hotel Diablo, released earlier this year.

Touching upon the themes of addiction, paranoia, and family trails, the track is an introspective look at MGK’s life, bringing his pure, unadulterated confessions to the forefront. With an unfiltered and brutally honest tone, phem‘s gentle voice contrasts with dark lyrics, adding layers of versatility to the song. Shot and edited by Jordan Wozy, the video makes for quite a psychedelic trip, oscillating between a series of distorted imagery and visual effects which complement the song perfectly.
