We’re excited to announce that GIG GOER’s photographer Dani Willgress has been nominated for the Heavy Music Awards ‘Young Photographer of the Year 2020’.

Heavy Music Awards have revealed the finalist shortlist for ‘Young Photographer of the Year 2020’, championing emerging amateur talents aged 16-21.

We are very happy to announce that our photographer Dani Willgress has been confirmed as one of the nominees. Paul Harries (known for his work with bands like My Chemical Romance, Green Day and Metallica) handpicked six finalists who will go forward for public vote to decide who takes the prize. The winner will have the chance to be mentored one-on-one by Paul at an exclusive London photoshoot, gaining practical experience and expert knowledge, as well as exposure of their own work.
