SKIA, the Norwegian alternvative-pop creator, announces the arrival of her debut single Anyone.

The single brings her infectious, confident attitude and glacial beats/synths to centre stage. The juxtaposition of the two showcases a timeless message of self-belief.

Explaining the process of the newly released single, SKIA disclosed:

I wrote ‘Anyone’ a couple of years ago with one of my favourite co-writers Silvan Rupp, and we were lucky enough to work on it in a one-on-one session with Paul McCartney. It’s about encouraging you to be confident and fully believe in what you want to be doing, so I took my own advice and ultimately decided to release the song as my debut single, and hope that it will inspire and empower listeners too.

Anyone is out now via Heist or Hit.

SKIA’s debut live show will be located at The Kazimier Stock Room in Liverpool on February 21st, followed by additional dates released alongside her debut EP this summer.
