CHRISTIAN LEE HUTSON Shares Video for ‘Talk’
Christian Lee Hutson has unveiled a nostalgic music video for Talk, the second single off his forthcoming album Beginners.
California’s sweetheart Christian Lee Hutson is ready to unveil his big plans for 2020 with yet another single and music video release from his forthcoming new album Beginners.
Following an early preview of the upcoming album with Northsiders, Talk is a heartfelt soundtrack with a heavenly acoustic guitar driven sonic and nostalgic violin that adds even more to the melancholic tone of the track. Hutson, whose calming vocals are just the cherry on top, explains, “Talk is the story of a person, on the verge of parenthood, coming to terms with their relationship with their own absent parent” – a storytelling very evident in the accompanying music video directed by Han-Su Kim.
Produced by Phoebe Bridgers, Beginners embeds the illuminating truth about regret and forgiveness and the relatable endless confusion in growing up, met by the Californian’s unique warm vocals and graceful guitar work. “I went with Beginners as the title because that’s where I feel like I am in my life – like I’m still just learning and trying to figure out how to navigate the world,” Hutson notes.
With a little help from guest musicians including Bridgers herself, and Nathaniel Walcott, Beginners will be ready to roam into your ears on May 29th via ANTI- Records.
