COUNTERPARTS Release ‘Nothing Left To Love’ B-Sides

Although moshpits are now a distant memory, Counterparts’ two new bangers will revive how it feels to lose yourself in one.

Counterparts 2020

While gigs are currently a distant dream, Nothing Left To Love B-Sides are strong contenders for a place in a future Counterparts‘ live set. Reveling in wild, commanding drums, unleashed guitars and resonating vocals, both bangers are sure to wake you up (from boredom) and make you bob your head. Unlike the majority of recent material released by most bands that revolve around the current climate and its challenges, it is refreshing to hear a few songs which instead make you look forward to a live show and losing yourself in the adrenaline rush that comes together with a good banger.

Speaking of Strings Of Separation and Purer Form Of Pain, frontman Brendan Murphy shares:

One person’s trash is another person’s treasure… so here’s 2 more b-sides I guess? We wrote these songs when we were in the process of recording Nothing Left To Love and for whatever reason, they just didn’t fit the vibe of the album so we decided to cut ’em. Since you guys seemed pretty stoked on the Private Room EP we figured why not just throw these up? At the very least, it’ll occupy like 5-10 minutes of your time… and who knows when the 5 of us will even be able to cross the border to be in the same room and record more music? You might love them, you might think they stink, either way it’s all good by me. They’re b-sides! Who gives a shit?
