BEABADOOBEE Announces Debut Album ‘Fake It Flowers’
beabadoobabee tells us never to assume what somebody is going through with her emphatic new track, Care.

One of Dirty Hit’s rising stars Bea Kristi – better known as beabadoobee – has just released Care, the first single for her forthcoming debut album, Fake It Flowers. Bea uses irresistible melodies to confront her past and this track is one very cathartic for the singer-songwriter.
2019 was a busy, yet also exciting, year for beabadoobee, as she released multiple EPs under her new label and joined The 1975 on their UK arena tour. The release of Care sees Bea stepping into an exciting new chapter.
Accompanying the single is a 90s movie-esque music video, which was filmed and produced entirely during lockdown. It captures her anger at society and the people who think they know her, but really don’t. On the video, beabadobee said:
I never expected to be making the first video for my album during a pandemic! I was so lucky to be locked down with the bedroom guys; it feels like it’s turned out as one of the most personal, real videos I’ve made.
