After the widespread success of their EP Afterglow, featuring singles High Hopes and Circles, the Sydney-based band are all set to release their anticipated debut album, Self Care, next week.

Since last checking in with Yours Truly, the band had made big strides. With singles racking up millions of clicks and a good 200k monthly listeners, Yours Truly have become a household name in the Aussie music scene and beyond.

Their upcoming debut album Self Care is a bit of a meta piece, unravelling how momentous the year 2019 was for the band personally and professionally. The theme of reflection sure rings true in their new single Funeral Home. As vocalist Mikaila Delgado explains:

I was thinking about how sad it is that you miss the life of someone you have the same blood as and all of a sudden in tragedy everyone suddenly comes together as family yet then won’t talk until the next one.
