The Nashville band Arlie have graced us with yet another blissful tune, barcelona boots.

Arlie have confirmed details of their forthcoming debut EP, Wait, which will be released on September 19th.

As another treat the band have shared barcelona boots, a marvellous pop tune that flows on washed-out synths and silky vocal layers. Cultivating their DIY approach, there’s a lo-fi hazy feeling to it which adds an airy dimension to the track. With visuals falling straight into the similar astral patterns and dreamy aesthetics, Arlie have surely caught our attention.

Frontman Nathaniel Banks says:

I love the vibe of old analog recordings, but at the same time, I’m really interested in the creative process of Soundcloud rappers and kids who are just uploading lo-fi music straight from their bedrooms. With Arlie, I wanted to make something that paired vintage aesthetics with a progressive mentality.

The band’s debut EP, Wait, is set for release on September 19th via Atlantic Records.
