Filled with intent-laden hooks, the newest single from Yonaka is an emotional tour de force.

Brighton-based quartet Yonaka share another offering in the form of title track from their debut album Don’t Wait ‘Til Tomorrow, which will be released on May 31st via Asylum Records. The release comes with the news of the band’s recent US signing to Fueled By Ramen, the label looking after the likes of Panic! At The Disco, Twenty One Pilots and Paramore. In classic Yonaka style, Don’t Wait ‘Til Tomorrow is a statement of intent and brings with it an emotional charge that is sure to leave an impact.

Although the tempo is a notch down from some of their previous tracks, it certainly doesn’t lack the emotional depth that characterises the band. Between Theresa Jarvis’ soaring vocals and the fervent guitars, the passion is imbued deep into the track and the track is sure to be a lifeline for anyone going through a rough patch right now. As Theresa sings ‘If you need me at all, I’ll be there to fix you’, the crashing instrumentals hammer home this message and the final high notes will ring in your ears, even after the track has finished.
