THE KING’S PARADE Groove Out in New Single ‘Brother’
Returning with a third single from their upcoming debut album, The King’s Parade continue building the hype with hooking new track Brother.
London alt-poppers The King’s Parade are back with another track lifted off their forthcoming debut album, which is pencilled for release in December. If you thought you could not get more excited for what’s coming, then Brother is set to prove you wrong. With an established fanbase and having already accumulated millions of streams with just a handful of singles and EPs under their belt, The King’s Parade are set for a course of domination that will likely rocket with the album release.
Continuing with their intoxicating sonic cocktail that draws upon bluesy rock melodies and soulful lyricism, Brother adds a new grooviness to the killer concoction that makes it even more impossible to resist. With velvety vocals soaring over mesmerising bass lines and attentive percussion, the sound is compounded by emotionally-laden lyricism that almost certainly makes any feeble attempts to turn away from the track completely futile.
Olly opens up further to explain the inspiration behind the track, and shares:
‘Brother’ is a track about feeling left behind. The sudden disappearance of someone you hold close to your heart can leave an emptiness that feels impossible to fill. The song is an expression of that void.
