Soaring with a new sense of confidence and sonic refinement, the new era finds Palaye Royale at their boldest, most adventurous and visionary.

Giving us a taste of their brand new material, Palaye Royale return with two new songs Punching Bag and No Love In LA. Written at home over the pandemic, both tracks were produced by Chris Greatti.

Raw and ambitious, the new music highlights the trio’s unabashed honesty and untamed spirit. Punching Bag is a hair-raising and haunting cut, showing a darker side to the band’s songwriting, whilst No Love In LA delivers wry societal observations with a great dose of playfulness and hooking melodies. Serving us their signature adrenaline-charged rush of bone-crunching instrumentals and lyrical twists, but with more intensity and sharpness, the new chapter of Palaye Royale couldn’t be more exciting.

Discussing the new music, the band comments:

Truth, honesty and angst is what we aimed to capture collectively as a band throughout this writing process. We found a new appreciation for one another during this recording process, becoming more accepting of our past and more satisfied with our present because of the art we created in what we feel is our most important music we’ve released to date.

Palaye Royale has always been about pushing boundaries, and on ‘Punching Bag’ and ‘No Love In LA’ we’ve gone beyond what we ever thought possible musically and lyrically by putting faith in each other, trusting our instincts and allowing real creative freedom to ourselves and our producer, Chris Greatti. It is with massive excitement and feelings of triumph that we raise the curtain on what is most certainly our boldest era yet. We hope you’re ready for the journey.
