KING PRINCESS Releases Heavenly Track ‘Little Bother’ feat. Fousheé
Equally as energising as it is soothing, this collaborative track builds from introspective verses to an exhilarating chorus of flawless harmonies.
Debuting in 2018 with her addictive smash hit single 1950, King Princess is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Brooklyn, NY. Fast forward to now and the incredible vocalist has amassed over three million monthly listeners on Spotify alone, released her critically-acclaimed debut album Cheap Queen and achieved Platinum status for her debut single in the US and Australia.
Composed alongside Zach Fogarty, who also co-produced the song, King Princess and Fousheé team up on the delicately stunning track Little Bother whilst bringing their own unique quirks to the euphoric tune. Blessing your ears with shifting sonics and peaceful harmonies, the track also stuns lyrically with poignant lines such as “whilst you’re watching the paint dry, remember you lost me.”
King Princess shares:
I have been a big fan of Fousheé for a while, so when we started DM’ing and eventually set a date in the studio, it was a dream. ‘Little Bother’ kind of came out of nowhere; Zach had the guitar part and Fou and I just started going off. It became this song about tiptoeing around someone you’ve lost and feeling like a pest. It poses questions to a person who may not be listening at all and I think that’s a beautiful sentiment.
Spanning from now until the end of February, King Princess will be captivating crowds of thousands as she supports country queen Kacey Musgraves on her U.S. tour which visits Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and many more states.
