Tropical and dancey, here’s the latest track from the world’s favourite band, The 1975.

Following previous singles Give Yourself A Try and Love It If We Made It, the new cut is another taste of the band’s third studio album, A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships, set to arrive in October this year.

Exploring modern romance in the digital age (as the album’s title suggests), TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME is a heavily produced track that strikes with a lavish and tasty beat. The autotune may seem unnecessary at first, but after a while you realise it’s a perfect match for the sugar-coated melodies and ironic lyrical twists. One thing’s for sure, The 1975 always push their boundaries in order to astonish and surprise their listeners.

The band’s forthcoming new record A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships will be followed up by the second instalment of the “Music For Cars” era, the album titled Notes On A Conditional Form, which will be released next year.
