What advice would you give to your pre-lockdown self?

Stop procrastinating and pass your driving theory test! Or learn how to cook something other than pot noodles lol.

How, if at all, did lockdown impact your music making and producing process?

I normally write a lot at home; in my bedroom on my guitar so it just gave me loads of time and space to do that which was nice. The only thing was the lack of inspiration cos like I was just inside all day. I started writing songs about going to Tesco and shit like I think I went a bit mad haha.

What has been the most unexpected/challenging part of lockdown, whether pleasant or unpleasant?

Challenging parts have probably been not being able to see my friends or not being able to play live gigs – both really important parts of my life.

How would you sum up your 2020 in one sentence?

Wtf just happened.

If you had a quarantine character, what was it like?

Like a little animal hibernating and eating bare food haha.

What’s the most interesting thing you discovered over lockdown (could be a revelation about yourself, a new TV show, a new hobby)?

Probably discovering how to appreciate the little things like even just getting a coffee or going to the pub.

What lockdown trend do you think we should take into the future, and which ones should we ditch?

Ditch them all lol why were we all making banana bread in a pandemic ??

What are your hopes and dreams for 2021?

Just wanna be on stage man, I can’t wait for live gigs and stuff to start happening again I miss it so much !

What does music mean to you?

Aw.. music is my everything. I’m so grateful that I can express myself through it and connect with people through it, there’s no better feeling.
