For a laid-back, beach-y vibe, Plastic Skin have you covered with their latest single No Plans.

Plastic Skin is the genre-blending project between Donovan Ferra from Fallen Roses, Eduardo Lopez and Jorge Porragas. Between the trio, they bring their own influences from the likes of bossa nova, jazz, R&B, and Latin music to create a mellifluous and laid-back sound that you cannot help but relax into. They make their introductions by way of calming debut single No Plans, a soft-spoken track that floats on beds of ambient electronics and gentle vocals. Groovy rhythms will hook you in before the tranquil textures keep you for an extended stay.

The track was originally a demo that Jorge had been working on in SoundCloud, and the introduction that the other members had to Jorge’s vocal skills. Breathing fresh life into the track, it now acts as the door into their world.

Speaking on how the track came to be, the band shares:

Jorge initially wrote it just to make something that was fun and catchy, he wanted it to be the song you listen to when you were having a good time; to decorate happy memories. The song has a very lighthearted, chill vibe but with a little more complexity and energy.
