BEAR’S DEN Release Touching Single ‘All That You Are’

Complete with an animated lyric video, this track is relaxingly poignant with its delicate piano, gentle guitars and emotionally tender lyricism.

Bear's Den 2021

Formed in London 2012 and consisting of Andrew Davie and Kevin Jones, Bear’s Den are indie-folk-rock band who boast a loyal international fanbase and have released three albums so far. Since their beginning, the duo have regularly placed in the UK and European charts, and a song from their debut album Islands was even nominated for an Ivor Novello Award for ‘Best Song Musically and Lyrically’. As well as touring globally at arenas, theatres and festivals, such as Reading and Leeds, Glastonbury Festival and Bonnaroo, Bear’s Den have also appeared in the award-winning documentary Austin to Boston, alongside Ben Howard and other artists.

Following their recent hiatus throughout most of 2021, Bear’s Den return with their latest sublime offering All That You Are. With emotive lyricism in the chorus, “I hope you find someone who loves you for all that you are, I hope I find someone who loves me for all that I am,” this single is a heart-rending breakup anthem which will sincerely move you.

Andrew Davie speaks on the single:

‘All That You Are’ is a song that was born on Bear’s Den’s first ever tour – The Austin To Boston tour way back in 2012. It’s been a soundcheck jam for so long and feels like an intrinsic part of what Bear’s Den stands for as a band even if it’s been unreleased for so long. It’s a song fundamentally about hoping for happiness for someone else even if you can’t be the one that makes them happy. It’s also about not being ashamed about looking for that same happiness for yourself.

All That You Are undoubtedly proves that, after their hiatus, Bear’s Den are artistically reignited and consistently evolving their discography to represent their truest selves.
